"Unbelievable Experience"
I got an Armani watch for my son as a Christmas gift, and it broke way too easily. I reached out to them through email but got no response. Then, I tried messaging them on WhatsApp and even through their Facebook page. They read my message and then blocked me. Still no reply. Seriously, steer clear of these folks; their customer service is just terrible.

"Terrible business"
Terrible business. I got a phone that was missing a bunch of features that were promised - turns out it was switched to a device from another āregionā. I requested a refund and was completely ignored. After three tries to reach out - still no response. A group of scammers pushing shady products. Purchase at your own risk.

"Steer Clear of This Business"
Steer clear of this business. The first phone I bought was defective. They sent me a second one, but it didnāt have the right storage I had paid for. They sent another phone, and guess what? That one was faulty too. I did get a refund, but they hit me with a Ā£30 restocking fee. When you factor in the postage costs I paid three times, itās just not worth it. Bad company, stay far away.

"Steer Clear of This Seller"
If I had the option, I'd rate these folks a big fat zero. I purchased an 'open box' iPhone that was supposed to be in mint condition. The initial delivery showed 80% battery life, and the replacement had a message in the settings indicating a non-Apple display. Quite odd for a device thatās claimed to be unused. I had a tough time getting my refund sorted until I made it clear Iād consider legal action. Not trustworthy at all.

I'm super satisfied with my buy of the Samsung smartphone in White. I had a tough time locating it at other retailers, so I was thrilled to see it available at Mobile Baby. The cost was reasonable, and the shipping was quick as well. Excellent service!

I gotta say, I was super impressed by the support I got from Mobile Baby. There was an actual person on the line, and he really went above and beyond to assist me when the phone I was eyeing got discontinued. The service was top-notch, and Iād definitely recommend them.

"Can You Speak Russian?"
Service was super quick. I ordered two phones from the UK, but one came in English and the other in Russian (no headphones included). Had to reach out to Samsung to make sure they were compatible.
